We are thrilled to announce the opening of REGULATE Studio here at the farm, Hertfordshire’s first dedicated sound and nervous system studio.

This marks a powerful new chapter. After four years working on the farm at Destiny Rising, and facilitating sound journeys at Abode over the past seven months, Tia has now established a permanent home for this work.

A qualified sound practitioner with five years’ experience and thousands of soundbaths delivered, Tia has worked with both private and corporate clients including Selfridges, La Roche-Posay, Tesco and Nando’s.

REGULATE Studio is the natural evolution of that journey a purpose-built space devoted entirely to regulation, restoration and community. While sound remains at the heart of the studio, this is more than a sound space. It is a carefully designed environment built around one essential principle:

Safety.

When the nervous system feels safe, clarity returns. Capacity builds. Wellbeing follows.

What You Can Experience

A rotating weekly timetable of immersive group sessions including floating Reiki-infused soundbaths, breathwork journeys, spinal energetics groups, gong baths, drumming circles, moon ceremonies, mother & baby sessions, teen stress support and exam regulation groups.

Alongside this, the studio offers one-to-one treatments and professional training through Tia’s Sound Academy.
