This outdoor sauna and ice bath experience offers wood-fired sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy in a calm, natural setting.

Facilities Include:

• Outdoor wood-fired Sauna in a converted horsebox in Hertfordshire,  
• Two mechanically filtered and chilled ice baths for the perfect contrast therapy in Hertfordshire. 
• Sauna Social sessions for up to 7 guests.
• Private Hire (Exclusive Use) for up to 8 guests.
• Outdoor cold shower alongside two cold plunges.
• Open year-round: Friday – Monday.
