A Warm Welcome to Artscape — Our New Bespoke Framing & Splash Painting Studio
We are delighted to announce that Artscape, the much-loved bespoke framer and splash-painting studio, has opened a new branch right here at Battlers Green Farm!
Who is Artscape?
Artscape has been serving Hertfordshire since 2000, originally based in Harpenden.
Their Harpenden location is a treasure trove of art and craft materials, featuring printing services and a full framing workshop.
Over the summer of 2025, they launched their Splash Painting Studio experience in Harpenden — an interactive painting activity enjoyed by children, families, and friends. The concept has been very popular and now forms a core part of their offering.
What to Expect at Battlers Green Farm
The new Artscape branch at Battlers Green Farm is positioned to showcase their finest work, run bespoke framing services, and host splash-painting experiences in an expanded studio space.
Here’s what makes the new space special:
A wide selection of frame mouldings, mount boards, and glass options for custom framing projects.
An art gallery area displaying works by local artists (all available for sale).
The Splash Painting Studio, now with a room scaled for larger groups and bookings (perfect for birthday parties, family events, or creative outings).
Where to Find Artscape on Site
You’ll find Artscape snuggled between Osprey London and Reed’s Fruiterers, tucked into the alleyway that leads toward Timeless Garden Emporium. It’s a lovely, tucked-away spot, ideal for popping in to browse, frame, or get messy with paint.

It offers not just a service (framing) but also a fun, interactive experience (splash painting) that invites people of all ages to explore their artistic side.
